Economic Hardship (on or after 7/1/09)	Use this form to apply for an Economic Hardship Deferment if your begin date is on or after 7/1/09. This deferment applies to Federal loans.
In school	Use this form to apply for an in school deferment. This deferment applies to Federal loans.
Unemployment	Use this form to apply for an unemployment deferment. This deferment applies to Federal loans.
Military	Use this form to apply for a military deferment. This deferment applies to Federal loans.
Education	Use this form to apply for an education deferment. This deferment applies to Federal loans.
Parent PLUS Borrower	Use this form to apply for an in school deferment and a six month grace period. This deferment applies to Parent PLUS disbursed after June 30,2008.
