Strong Partnerships

NorthStar is able to support many different processing scenarios as a result of the different partnerships it has formed.

NorthStar is able to process loans with either Great Lakes, Texas (TG), Education Credit Mgmt Corp (ECMC), Edfund or ASA as the gurantee agency.

Many schools have preferences on the use of ELM's or Sallie Mae's CDA process and NorthStar can support those processes. NorthStar can support any "open" process utilizing the industry standard Commonline^TM file format for communication. This includes such organizations as SCHOLARNET^®, ELM and NelNet.
